HIGH PERFORMANCE Training

The High Performance course is a high intensity training method based on constantly varied exercises and functional movements. The high performance training combine cardiovascular activities with muscular movements and are inspired by disciplines such as gymnastics, athletics, power lifting and weightlifting.
